📋 Description
• Delivering and supporting customer connectivity solutions across VodafoneThree's MSP, ITN, and legacy MPLS networks • Responsible for the remote configuration, commissioning and validation of customer services • Ensure seamless delivery and an exceptional customer experience • Support the provisioning of VodafoneThree's core IP and Data products while providing associated remote access, transmission build activities, Layer 1, 2 and 3 testing, and customer reporting services • Provide technical expertise to support the delivery of complex customer solutions, contribute to the introduction of new products and technologies, and assist with the implementation of new processes and systems • Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of network inventory systems, databases, and operational records
🎯 Requirements
• Extensive telecommunications experience with a strong background in IP and data networking • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), VPNs and transmission technologies • Experience working with MPLS networks and Quality of Service (QoS) within a service provider environment • Knowledge of network provisioning, management and inventory systems • Experience configuring and supporting multi-vendor network and firewall technologies
