• 5 years of experience in product roles (BaaS, fintech, Embedded Finance, SaaS or payments). • Understand the BaaS value chain: accounts, payments, compliance, cards, client onboarding. • Experience working directly with clients to translate unclear needs into product propositions. • Results-oriented and comfortable signing off scope and being accountable. • Ability to collaborate across functions: Sales, Compliance, Engineering, Finance. • Pragmatic and independent with problem-solving skills for ambiguous challenges. • Entrepreneurial mindset focused on value, cost, and impact.
