📋 Description

• act as technical authority for backend architecture • own and evolve system architecture and platform design • ensure architectural decisions balance scalability, security, performance, maintainability, and cost • provide clear architectural direction • support and enable adoption of AI-assisted development practices • translate AI capabilities into scalable system designs • define guardrails and best practices for using AI • develop deep understanding of core business domains • collaborate with Product Management • define coding standards and architectural principles

🎯 Requirements

• technical leadership in software architecture • expertise in Java-based platforms • strong system design and business-logic mastery • AI-assisted engineering practices • collaboration with Development Manager, Product Manager, and QA • deep understanding of core business domains and rules • modeling complex rules and workflows using design patterns • assess technical feasibility of new features • support technology strategy input and risk assessment
