• Analyze billions of rows of gameplay and player behaviour data to identify growth and retention opportunities • Own end-to-end design and analysis of A/B tests, from hypothesis creation to rollout recommendation • Build automated, scalable dashboards in Tableau that are used daily by Product and Game teams • Drive product development with insightful, story-driven analysis that influences roadmap decisions • Partner with Game Design and Engineering to implement new features and ensure data integrity • Segment and model user behaviour to understand different player types and their impact on monetization • Analyze the impact of our partnerships from licensing & marketing partners • Contribute to data modelling and pipeline improvements using dbt and SQL • Proactively prioritize high-impact projects in a fast-paced, iterative development environment
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 2+ years in gaming • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization (ideally Tableau) • Experience with A/B testing design, execution, and interpretation • Strong product intuition and an ability to turn data into a clear, compelling narrative • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred) • Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting findings to both technical and non-technical teams • Comfortable working independently, with a bias for action and experimentation • Nice to Have: • Experience with Roblox or other UGC platforms • Proficiency in Python for analysis or automation • Understanding of player segmentation, LTV modelling, and funnel diagnostics • Experience working on live service games or mobile F2P products • Hands-on experience with dbt and working with structured datasets
