📋 Description
• Provide support for activities related to the analysis, control and monitoring of warranty processes for vehicles and automotive components, ensuring compliance with internal policies, technical standards and manufacturer requirements. • Responsible for supporting technical areas and dealerships/plants, contributing to the continuous improvement of product and process quality.
🎯 Requirements
• Technical or university education in progress or completed in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related fields; • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus. • Experience in the automotive sector; • Intermediate level of English.
