📋 Description

• Support Key Accounts (FBA) and customers throughout commercial activities for quotations and commercial back-office management in long-term rental • Collaborate with FBA to analyze customer quotation proposals and profitability • Produce car quotes supporting construction of the car policy • Support sales activities with the Direct Fleet team in a customer-centric way • Ensure proper commercial back-office activity using VWFS IT tools, respecting deadlines and planning • Collaborate with Fleet International on international tenders and international customer management • Manage RAC contracts and quotation processes • Manage and coordinate VWL participation in Direct Fleet tenders for current and potential customers, including national, international, and Public Administration customers • Manage VWL accreditation on customer tender portals • Analyze tender specifications and coordinate operational areas to collect information for customer responses • Collaborate with Marketing on product specifications and customer-requested exceptions • Collaborate with Legal on tender contract management and document preparation
