📋 Description
• Support planning, controlling, and monitoring of various projects • Assist with the preparation and internal distribution of information, including co-creating internal communications and managing content across different channels • Contribute to the design and rollout of communication formats and departmental events • Help prepare and follow up on appointments, committee meetings, and workshops • Provide support for operational processes, such as ordering and invoice processing • Participate in the development and implementation of cross-departmental standards and best practices
🎯 Requirements
• Currently enrolled student in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable degree program • Ideally: knowledge of agile methods, project management, and process management • Basic technical understanding and strong analytical thinking skills • Structured working style, with excellent communication and teamwork skills • Fluent German required; good English communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint
