📋 Description

• Support the UX/UI team on innovative ideas and technologies in pre-development projects • Describe user context and identify user needs through desk and user research • Specify user requirements • Adapt and develop user-interface functions and features to user requirements • Analyze user experience and usability through qualitative and quantitative studies • Analyze data from user studies • Develop prototypes and validate innovative cockpit and mobility solutions through user studies

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled student in the Human-Machine interaction area, such as Human Factors, Psychology, Media Informatics, or a similar field • Knowledge of User Experience (UX) approaches and the User-Centered Design Process (UCDP) • Familiarity with user research, including context analysis and usability testing, and/or prototyping • Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data • Experience with MaxQDA, R, or SPSS • Fluent German and English skills • Analytical, structured, and reliable way of working • Effective collaboration with customers and other teams • Nice to have: Experience in Human-AI interaction and use of AI tools from a UX perspective
