Since 2006 its veteran team has delivered hundreds of CGI, animation, VFX, concept art, matte painting, storyboard, and key art projects for major entertainment companies worldwide. The studio produces marketing materials and visual development assets for film, TV and related entertainment customers, working as a service provider to other businesses.

📋 Description

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery activities across design, procurement, execution, safety, quality and controls workstreams • Track progress against the project plan and flag emerging risks or delays early • Run regular cross-discipline coordination meetings and follow up on actions • Support the Project Delivery Manager with day-to-day decision-making and problem-solving • Maintain clear, up-to-date project documentation and status reporting • Help resolve interface issues between disciplines before they affect schedule or cost • Support readiness planning ahead of key milestones and stage gates • Assist with onboarding new team members and contractors into project processes • Escalate significant issues to the Project Delivery Manager with clear context and options

🎯 Requirements

• Experience coordinating delivery on data centre or complex capital projects • Strong organisational skills, comfortable tracking multiple workstreams in parallel • Good judgement on when to resolve an issue directly versus escalate • Clear communication skills, able to keep multiple stakeholders aligned • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on project environment • Willingness to be based on-site as required by the project • Nice to Have: Experience specifically on data centre or MEP-heavy construction projects, Familiarity with project controls tools and reporting practices, Background progressing toward a Project Delivery Manager role
