📋 Description
• Advise on legal and compliance issues across AI software, cloud services, and hardware products. • Manage intellectual property matters, including software and hardware assets. • Oversee data privacy and security compliance programs. • Develop and maintain internal governance processes for AI systems and partnerships. • Support research, contracts, and compliance for both third-party AI tools and first-party AI development. • Collaborate with senior leadership and engineering to define liability standards in the evolving AI legal landscape. • Monitor emerging laws and regulations affecting AI and data use.
🎯 Requirements
• J.D. and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. • 5+ years of experience at a top law firm and/or in-house at a major tech company. • Strong foundation in product liability, IP, and data compliance. • Skilled at working directly with technical and engineering teams.
