📋 Description
• Technical support for our Sales Team. • Support customers with energy reduction strategies. • Cross functional engagement with Engineering for hardware development. • Lead metering and product enablement projects. • Support commissioning of metering and data collection technology. • Support innovative metering solutions. • Manage installation projects from start to finish. • Define and improve processes and efficiencies • Develop new technologies and methods for shortening installation timelines. • Ensuring all materials/manufacturing/installations and technology meets industry and market standards.
🎯 Requirements
• Results driven, Analytical, Motivated, Team player • Good communications and customer service skills • Experience with hardware commissioning and troubleshooting • Basic experience with data platforms and integration tools • Experience developing and/or improving customer onboarding experiences • Experience with Saleforce • Experience with contractor managements • Project Management Professional, PMP - preferred • Technical background with extensive electrical and/or HVAC experience - preferred • Experience with industrial controls - preferred • Ability to read, modify and draw technical electrical drawings - preferred
