📋 Description

• Partner with the General Manager to structure, recruit, and onboard the technical team • Define and establish the technical foundations for a new puzzle game from prototype through worldwide launch • Create the switcher engine, level editor, and foundations for future live operations • Develop engineering ways of working, including technical practices, team rituals, and collaboration processes • Define and execute the studio’s long-term technical strategy for team and game scalability • Work with product leadership on roadmap, rollouts, and adoption strategies • Engage in hands-on coding, building features and iterating based on player feedback and market testing • Monitor product health and guide the technical team in improving quality and resolving issues • Support the General Manager and other Leads with studio strategy, operations, and people management • Flesh out game design details, oversee testing, and revise the game in response to player feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a Technical Director or Technical Lead on casual games • At least 5+ years of professional experience with Unity • Successful track record in top-tier mobile casual games • Experience in both new and live game development • Experience creating, growing, and leading engineering teams • Creative and innovative mindset with strong problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills • Comfortable switching between management work and hands-on coding • Experience with backend development or client-server interactions • Passion for casual games and drive to create a new hit • Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for building new things from the ground up
