📋 Description

• Lead qualification & appointment booking • Qualify incoming leads quickly, in a structured way and secure commitment • Book appointments with genuine commitment • Actively manage show rate: confirmations, preparation, pre-qualification • Maintain and document leads accurately in the CRM (Salesforce) • Communication & building commitment • First contact via phone (Aircall) or WhatsApp • Evoke genuine interest, address objections early, build commitment • Ensure a clean and complete handover process to the closer • Keep your KPIs in view: show rate, appointments, and cash collected • Actively work on your own development – accept and implement call feedback • Be part of a high-performance culture that takes results seriously • Perform thorough follow-up.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in first contact with customers by phone or digitally – whether as an SDR, setter, inside sales, or similar • Strong communication: you know how to engage people, build trust, and create commitment • Structured, self-directed way of working • Experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) • Background in coaching, fitness, finance, or online business is a plus • Numbers-oriented and performance-driven.
