📋 Description

• You are the central point of contact responsible for financial transparency and ensuring smooth project execution • You are the first point of contact for all financial matters related to the projects, especially regarding project status in terms of billing and related issues • You act as an important interface between project management, client consulting and financial accounting, ensuring that all financial data in our agency software is current and accurate • You take responsibility for master data maintenance for suppliers, clients and employees, and for monitoring and supporting correct time tracking at the location • You proactively handle and monitor outstanding outgoing invoices, resolve any discrepancies, and prepare and coordinate the dunning process for accounting • You support the Controlling team in preparing monthly and annual financial statements

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in an agency or a project-oriented service environment • Solid knowledge of project controlling and expertise in accounts receivable (receivables management, outgoing invoices, dunning) • Experience in preparing monthly and annual financial statements • Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems for master data maintenance and time tracking • Independent, careful and structured working style with a strong sense of responsibility and a good understanding of client planning and reporting • Confident communication in German
