• Implement, review, organize, and update provided content on over 90 websites • Capture, categorize, and respond to user comments and posts • Handle incoming phone inquiries from external users/customers
🎯 Requirements
• You are enrolled in a degree program (e.g., political science, sociology, media studies, or another field) • Enthusiasm for communication and for the technical implementation of digital content • Basic technical understanding • Meticulous and organized working style • Comfortable handling phone calls
