📋 Description

• Create and modify residential floor plans and elevations using Chief Architect. • Produce accurate construction drawings and presentation layouts. • Revise plans based on client and designer feedback. • Prepare cabinet layouts, room elevations, and design details. • Organize and maintain project files. • Coordinate remotely with our design team to ensure projects stay on schedule. • Meet project deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Chief Architect (required). • Experience creating residential construction drawings. • Ability to read and interpret architectural plans. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. • Strong communication skills via phone, email, and video meetings. • Reliable internet connection and home office setup. • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with kitchen and bath design. • Knowledge of cabinetry and millwork. • Experience with 3D rendering and presentation views. • Understanding of residential construction methods.
