📋 Description
• Lead efforts to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, including NGOs and community groups. • Develop and implement community engagement initiatives that align with Vosyn’s social impact goals. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of community programs with corporate goals. • Plan and oversee community events, workshops, and outreach activities to support program objectives. • Collect and analyze stakeholder feedback to improve program design and execution. • Track the impact of community engagement efforts, prepare reports, and share insights with stakeholders. • Advocate for Vosyn’s mission and values while promoting inclusivity and equitable practices in engagements.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred. • Experience in community engagement, stakeholder management, or similar roles. • Strong understanding of ESG principles, UN Sustainable Development Goals, and social impact frameworks. • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and partnership-building skills. • Strong project management, organizational, and data analysis abilities, with proficiency in impact reporting tools. • Passionate about inclusivity, community-building, and fostering positive social change. • Independent work in remote or hybrid settings while collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • New graduates encouraged to apply.
