📋 Description
• Develop and champion AI ethics principles and guidelines. • Identify and mitigate ethical risks in AI systems. • Partner with data scientists and engineers for ethical integration. • Educate internal teams on ethical AI principles. • Conduct regular audits to evaluate ethical implications of AI products.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Data Science, Philosophy, or a related field required; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred. • Experience in AI ethics, policy development, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills for translating ethical principles into actionable policies. • Familiarity with global AI regulations and industry standards. • Understanding of machine learning, data privacy, bias mitigation, and algorithmic transparency. • Passionate about ethical AI and committed to fostering innovation that prioritizes social good. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
