📋 Description
• We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented ESG, SDG & CSR Impact Measurement Analyst Intern to join our team. • As a member of the Social Impact and UN SDGs Pod, you will design and implement frameworks for measuring and evaluating the social impact of Vosyn’s initiatives. • Your work will provide actionable insights to inform decision-making, improve program effectiveness, and demonstrate Vosyn’s commitment to positive social change. • This immersive internship offers hands-on experience, collaboration with senior management, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Social Sciences, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred. • Experience in impact measurement, data analysis, or program evaluation, ideally within ESG or social impact contexts. • Strong analytical and statistical skills, with experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods. • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner. • Familiarity with ESG frameworks, the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and social impact assessment methodologies. • Passionate about driving social change through data and evidence-based decision-making. • Highly organized, with a focus on accuracy and reliability in data management and reporting. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
