📋 Description
• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and onboarding new hires. • Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations and fostering workplace culture. • Support performance evaluation cycles, assisting managers with goal-setting and feedback delivery. • Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and internal procedures. • Coordinate employee benefits programs and handle related queries. • Assist in designing and implementing training programs to support employee development. • Contribute to HR projects, including DEI initiatives and policy updates. • Track HR metrics using HR systems and provide data-driven insights for decisions.
🎯 Requirements
• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration , or a related field required. • Master’s program enrollment or completion is preferred but not mandatory. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities. • Familiarity with HR systems like HRIS and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite. • Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices. • Proactive and eager to contribute to innovative HR initiatives. • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Attention to detail.
