• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration , or a related field required. • Master’s program enrollment or completion is preferred but not mandatory. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities. • Familiarity with HR systems like HRIS and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite. • Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices. • Proactive and eager to contribute to innovative HR initiatives. • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Attention to detail.
