📋 Description
• Design and implement frameworks for measuring and evaluating the social impact of Vosyn’s initiatives. • Collect, organize, and analyze data related to social outcomes, ensuring accuracy and reliability. • Identify and monitor KPIs to track the success and impact of programs aligned with Vosyn’s ESG goals. • Prepare detailed, data-driven reports to communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and community partners. • Provide recommendations for program improvements based on evaluation findings and emerging best practices. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Community Engagement and SDG Specialists, to ensure alignment of metrics with organizational goals. • Stay informed about new methodologies, tools, and industry standards for impact measurement.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Social Sciences, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred. • Experience in impact measurement, data analysis, or program evaluation, ideally within ESG or social impact contexts. • Strong analytical and statistical skills, with experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods. • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner. • Familiarity with ESG frameworks, the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and social impact assessment methodologies. • Passionate about driving social change through data and evidence-based decision-making. • Highly organized, with a focus on accuracy and reliability in data management and reporting. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • New graduates are encouraged to apply. • Don’t worry if you don’t check every box—what matters most is your passion for learning, curiosity, and your willingness to contribute to the team.
