📋 Description
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product owners to define product features and user journeys. • Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive wireframes, flows, and prototypes. • Create and maintain high-fidelity design components in Figma. • Participate in and lead design reviews, providing and incorporating feedback. • Conduct design validation through usability testing and iterate on designs based on insights. • Stay current with trends in product design, AI applications, and emerging technologies.
🎯 Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in UX Design, HCI, Human Factors, or a related field. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies. • Proficient in Figma and familiar with design systems and prototyping best practices. • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. • Ability to manage multiple design tasks and prioritize work effectively. • A passion for solving complex design challenges and delivering impactful product experiences. • New graduates are encouraged to apply. • Don’t worry if you don’t check every box—what matters most is your passion for learning, curiosity, and your willingness to contribute to the team.
