• Manage all hardware functions • Oversee hardware engineering and design • Oversee warehouse and assembly team • Manage and expand hardware operations roles • Provide exemplary leadership to a growing expert team • Define product development stage-gate processes • Collaborate with compliance teams for quality assurance standards • Coordinate and scale production and logistics

• 10+ years in Hardware roles • 5+ years in Hardware leadership role(s) with emphasis on Hardware Operations • Experience in scale-up environments and building systems from scratch • Deep strategic thinking • Highly collaborative work style
