📋 Description

• Keep the CRM up to date with contacts, activities, opportunities and follow-up history; • Prospect municipalities, map decision-makers and generate new B2G sales opportunities; • Conduct online meetings (if in-person meetings are required, travel expenses will be covered by the company); • Present solutions, prepare proposals and lead negotiations; • Perform continuous follow-up and monitor sales funnel metrics; • Manage and grow the active portfolio, maintaining close relationships with clients and identifying new needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH) category B • Own vehicle available for travel if necessary (reimbursed per kilometer) • Experience in consultative B2B sales; B2G sales experience is a plus • Proficiency with sales tools and CRM systems • Essential skills: clear communication, organization, pipeline management, persuasion, active listening, commercial discipline, target orientation and autonomy • Availability for occasional travel;
