• Serve as the system administrator for Adaptive Planning—owning structures, calculations, and report development. • Manage and update chart of accounts, organizational hierarchies, and driver-based models. • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across planning modules. • Support integration of Adaptive Planning with ERP (Ledger) and CRM systems. • Build and maintain detailed financial models, including budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans. • Support monthly performance reporting and variance analysis for commercial leaders. • Prepare executive-level presentations and reports that drive business insights and decision-making. • Lead ad-hoc analysis and special projects. • Create, maintain, and distribute dashboards, KPIs, and financial reports using Adaptive Planning. • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop custom reporting solutions. • Identify and implement improvements to financial processes using Adaptive Planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A roles. • Hands-on experience as an Adaptive Planning administrator is required. • Experience with system integrations (Adaptive + ERP/CRM) is a strong plus. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • High attention to detail and strong project ownership.
