📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing hands-on deployment, configuration, and technical guidance for Palo Alto Networks solutions. • Engage with customers to migrate from legacy technologies, build custom security policies, troubleshoot issues, and mentor client staff on best practices. • Provide both onsite and remote expertise to deploy, configure, and optimize security platforms. • Collaborate with customer personnel and project teams, offering leadership, technical direction, and practical alternatives. • Design and implement custom security policies and application signatures tailored to client needs. • Analyze logs and events to identify and resolve issues, providing technical troubleshooting in coordination with support teams. • Ensure system stability through code upgrades and mentor client staff on ongoing operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with cloud and network security • Experience with one or more of these vendors: Palo Alto Networks NGFW, Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper (Netscreen), Fortinet products, Symantec/ Blue Coat, Zscaler. • Experience debugging, editing Windows Registries, Plist, etc. • Strong understanding of LAN and WAN networking protocols and technologies, including switching, routing, firewalls and security solutions • Strong TCP/IP networking skills • Strong dynamic routing skills (BGP, OSPF, etc.) • Experience working with Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, Authentication Protocols (LDAP, RADIUS, SAML, etc.) • Experience working with URL filtering • Experience working with Proxy and SSL Decryption • U.S. citizenship status required
