📋 Description

• Support VRChat’s partnership and business development initiatives in Japan. • Work closely with the Head of Japan Growth and cross-functional teams. • Help coordinate partnerships, manage project execution, support contract processes, and ensure key initiatives move forward efficiently. • Enjoy both relationship management and operational execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years of professional business experience • Experience coordinating with partners, vendors, or external stakeholders • Experience supporting contract-related processes and business operations • Native-level Japanese and business-level English communication skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of projects and follow-through • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Preferred: Experience in startups or small, fast-moving teams • Experience in entertainment, gaming, XR, creator economy, or IP-related industries • Experience working with international teams and cross-cultural stakeholders • Familiarity with VRChat, virtual worlds, creator platforms, or UGC ecosystems.
