• 国内外のパートナー、クリエイター、社内関係者と連携し、進行中のビジネス施策をサポート • パートナーシップ開発およびアライアンスマネジメントに関するコミュニケーション、日程調整、フォローアップ対応 • 契約書ドラフトの作成補助、レビュー調整、締結進行管理、および関連する事務手続き • 複数プロジェクトにおけるスケジュール、会議運営、アクションアイテム、業務フローの管理 • 議事録、プレゼン資料、レポート、その他ビジネス資料の作成 • グローバルチームと英語で連携し、各地域間の認識合わせをサポート • 日本市場におけるイベント施策、プロモーション施策、コラボレーション、パートナープログラムのサポート • 必要に応じた市場調査、競合調査、各種事務サポート
🎯 Requirements
• 4〜5年程度のビジネス実務経験 • パートナー企業、ベンダー、外部ステークホルダーとの調整経験 • 契約関連プロセスやビジネスオペレーションのサポート経験 • ネイティブレベルの日本語力、およびビジネスレベルの英語コミュニケーション能力 • 複数の優先事項を同時に管理できる高い整理力 • 主体的かつ細部に注意を払い、プロジェクトを最後まで責任を持って進められる方 • 優れた文章作成能力および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力
