📋 Description

• You develop AI-based solutions that revolutionize day-to-day work in the social sector • You work to ensure they have more time for what matters: their work with and for people • You combine technological feasibility with genuine user centricity • You are an active part of the entire innovation cycle: from ideation through technical conception to validated MVPs • You evaluate new technologies, frameworks and architectures and translate them into innovative approaches with real added value • You actively contribute your expertise and ideas to strategic innovation sprints and help shape technological development • You quickly turn assumptions into knowledge in order to develop targeted solutions from promising potentials.

🎯 Requirements

• A well-stocked toolbox of scripting and programming languages and AI frameworks • Experience with cloud technologies, containerization, CI/CD, and the integration of LLMs and RAGs • Continuously updated knowledge of technology trends and the latest developments in artificial intelligence • Ability to technically enable interdisciplinary teams and collaboratively translate complex ideas into functional solutions • Enthusiasm for innovation, learning, and experimentation, and the drive to proactively and pragmatically shape solutions.
