📋 Description

• Work closely with Innovation Managers and your team to validate ideas • Translate market research into concrete concepts • Design MVPs and explainable AI experiences • Advise on accessibility and ensure compliance with UX and WCAG standards

🎯 Requirements

• Solid expertise in UX methods, usability principles and accessibility • Experience in user research, market research and validation • Experience working agilely in interdisciplinary teams • Strong communication skills, team spirit and a structured, solution-oriented work approach
