📋 Description

• Analyze business workflows and map requirements to system functionality within JAMIS ERP, ADP, and related enterprise applications • Interpret database schemas, relationships, and embedded business rules across enterprise systems • Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and system requirements • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI-assisted workflows • Translate business needs into functional and technical documentation • Support data validation, reconciliation, and reporting consistency across systems • Support evaluation, implementation, or integration of AI/ML tools, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled analytics within business systems • Assist with system enhancements, integrations, and modernization initiatives • Ensure alignment between business logic, system configuration, and compliance requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field • 4+ years experience acting as a Business Systems Analyst or comparable role on one or more enterprise systems • Strong understanding of database concepts, schemas, and business logic • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and experience working with, supporting, or integrating AI-enabled tools • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Ability to obtain and maintain a government secret security clearance • If applicable: If you are or have been recently employed by the U.S. government, a post-employment ethics letter will be required
