• Lead the Customer Experience (CX) marketing strategic vision • Analyze, plan, and manage marketing activities • Develop and execute a comprehensive CX marketing strategy and roadmap • Lead member segmentation development and analysis, persona development, and journey mapping • Identify business opportunities and manage major business initiatives • Serve as CX program owner, accountable for strategic development, design, and execution • Monitor and ensure contracts and statements of work are performed to quality standards • Oversee CX marketing initiatives, including daily management of agencies, data, and analytics • Collaborate with market managers and the communications team • Identify segment trends and opportunities to understand the changing marketplace
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience • Eight years of experience in marketing • Experience managing external agency partner/relationships and negotiating agency contracts • Experience managing and forecasting marketing budgets to ensure campaigns are executed within budget while meeting set yearly sales targets • Advanced understanding of CX concepts and building/execution techniques • Solid working knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies • Outstanding communication, project management, and collaboration skills • Experience initiating and driving strategic, cross-functional projects to completion • Comfortable navigating uncertainty with the ability to analyze and synthesize various forms of information/inputs
