📋 Description

• Act as the primary HR partner for business units across the global, providing guidance and solutions aligned with company goals. • Provide expert support on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and talent management. • Collaborate with local HR teams and COEs (Centers of Excellence) to deliver regional HR initiatives and support global programs. • Support recruitment efforts and workforce planning to meet business demands globally. • Build strong relationships with local leadership teams to understand business challenges and identify HR solutions. • Use data and HR analytics to identify trends and support business decision-making. • Champion a culturally inclusive workplace that aligns with both local expectations and global standards. • Lead or participate in HR projects such as change management, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives. • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on people-related matters.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification or Master’s degree is a plus). • 2-4 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or regional HR role. • Prior experience in a multi-country regional HR role is preferred. • Fluent in English; Greek is a strong plus. • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and levels.
