🎯 Requirements

• Highly skilled z/OS System Architect with IODF/IOCP Skills • Install, configure, upgrade and maintain IBM z/OS operating system and associated system software (e.g., SMP/E, JES2, RACF, SMF) • Must have wider understanding on Production Control and Scheduling to drive the team and experience with IWS(TWS) & JOBTRAC tools. • Deep understanding of IBM Z architecture, workload management (WLM), performance tuning, and system-level debugging. • Expertise in z/OS versión upgrades and z/OS MF • Experience with VTS & Hardware Upgrades • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Mainframe Professionals including system programmers, Administrators, Production Control • Provide expert-level technical guidance on z/OS systems, Mainframe storage, networking, security, and automation • Drive best practices in Mainframe System administration, software upgrades, capacity planning, and disaster recovery. • Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex system issues and outages
