📋 Description

• Identify and engage manufacturing suppliers across key production technologies: CNC Machining, Injection Molding, Additive Manufacturing / 3D Printing, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Precision Manufacturing • Conduct onboarding conversations to understand supplier capabilities and specialization • Develop relationships with manufacturers throughout Mexico and international markets • Engage startups, product developers, engineering teams, and established companies • Introduce Trustbridge's engineering and manufacturing solutions • Help customers identify the right manufacturing partners for their projects • Support opportunities involving product development, prototyping, and production sourcing • Conduct outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings • Build relationships with decision-makers, engineers, founders, and procurement professionals • Maintain CRM records and sales activity • Provide market insights and customer feedback to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities • Experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success, recruiting, or client-facing roles • Comfortable working remotely with international teams • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to engage confidently with both technical and business stakeholders • Preferred Experience in manufacturing, industrial services, engineering services, supply chain, procurement, logistics, or technology sales • Familiarity with manufacturing technologies and production processes • Experience working with U.S. companies or international customers • Understanding of B2B sales and consultative relationship management • Spanish-English bilingual communication experience in professional settings
