📋 Description
• Own the technical build of the first-generation Trustbridge supplier app end-to-end • Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers and interns based in India • Translate business and product specifications into technical plans • Collaborate with the founder and Fractional CTO on architecture decisions
🎯 Requirements
• 7–12 years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on applied ML or AI systems. • Experience shipping production ML or AI systems end-to-end • Competence across model selection, agent orchestration, data engineering, and inference architecture • Experience leading junior engineers • Ability to clearly communicate technical decisions
