📋 Description

• Own the technical build of the first-generation Trustbridge supplier app end-to-end • Lead and mentor a team of 2–4 junior engineers and interns • Translate business and product specifications into buildable technical plans • Collaborate with the founder and Fractional CTO on architecture decisions • Help shape the cross-portfolio semantic layer that connects Trustbridge, Calisade, and future ventures

🎯 Requirements

• 7–12 years of professional software engineering experience • At least 3 years focused on applied ML or AI systems • Shipped a production ML or AI system end-to-end • Generalist by temperament with competence in model selection, agent orchestration, basic data engineering, and inference architecture • Experience leading junior engineers
