📋 Description

• Influence and align cross-functional teams (Networking, Storage, SRE, Product) on platform evolution. • Coach engineers across all levels, raising the technical bar in systems programming and distributed systems. • Architect and evolve hypervisor integrations (libvirt, QEMU, KVM) across thousands of hosts. • Design scalable, automated networking systems built on BGP, EVPN, and OVS. • Lead large-scale automation and provisioning frameworks with GitLab CI/CD and Puppet/Ansible. • Champion observability and reliability practices with Grafana, Sentry, and SumoLogic. • Drive advanced performance tuning across CPU, memory, I/O, networking, and storage layers.

🎯 Requirements

• Expert-level experience in Rust (preferred) or other compiled languages for systems programming. • Proven record architecting and scaling hypervisor-based infrastructure. • Mastery of Linux internals, kernel debugging, and performance engineering. • Strong background in networking automation (BGP, EVPN, OVS). • Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) and infrastructure automation (Puppet/Ansible). • Track record of setting technical strategy and mentoring senior engineers.
