📋 Description

• Responsible for leading and developing the Customer Success team to ensure customers’ desired business outcomes are achieved • Set qualitative and quantitative metric-related goals • Ensure customers’ and Customer Success team members’ voices are heard • Build customer loyalty and ensure long-term customer retention • Coach and mentor CSAs and develop strategic priorities • Develop and revise the Customer Journey playbook • Foster a culture of continuous improvement • Analyze leading churn indicators to increase utilization and reduce attrition

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience leading Customer Success for a SaaS company • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent leadership experience in customer success, sales, business development, or account management • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong problem solving and creative skills • High level of integrity and dependability • Experience with implementing and leveraging customer success platforms • Tech-savvy and comfortable spending your day working in a variety of SaaS tools (Salesforce, Domo, Dialpad, etc.)
