📋 Description

• Responsible for managing and mitigating security risks across a network infrastructure and data centers • Designs and oversees security frameworks, leads incident response efforts, and mentors junior team members • Evaluate, test, and recommend security solutions to protect networks and systems • Implement security controls, such as firewalls and encryption, to protect networks and systems • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security risks • Respond to security incidents and provide technical guidance to incident response teams • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies • Collaborate with system administrators and developers to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of IT operations • Train IT staff and other stakeholders on security best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a related position • Advanced level understanding of security principles, such as confidentiality, integrity, and availability • Advanced level knowledge of common security threats and vulnerabilities, such as phishing, malware, and ransomware • Advanced level experience with security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption • Advanced level familiarity with security standards, such as OWASP, NIST, and ISO 27001 • Advanced level understanding of network architecture, protocols, and operating systems • Expert level problem-solving skills • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. • Advanced level ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Applicable Technical Degree, or equivalent experience
