• You are responsible for all supplier relations at Vytal — from strategy to negotiation. • Your focus: finding the right partners for hardware and cups, building long-term relationships, and ensuring that quality, cost and capacity support our growth objectives. • You act as the central interface between our key suppliers and the internal Operations, Product and Finance teams. • Ownership of all supplier relationships — especially key suppliers for hardware and cups • Lead price and contract negotiations aiming for sustainable, scalable terms • Build long-term partnerships with strategic suppliers • Evaluate and develop the supplier portfolio (performance, quality, reliability) • Responsible for purchase prices, production costs, tooling costs and economies of scale • Conduct lifecycle cost analyses for cups and hardware components • Derive decision-making inputs for internal stakeholders • Develop and manage a globally scalable sourcing strategy • Identify and qualify new suppliers and production locations • Manage risks in international supply chains (dependencies, alternatives, failure scenarios) • Assess materials for durability, food safety, dishwasher compatibility and recyclability • Work closely with Product and Engineering on material decisions
• 3+ years' experience in strategic sourcing, procurement or supply chain — ideally for physical products (packaging, hardware, consumer goods) • Proven negotiation success with international manufacturers • Strong understanding of cost structures and production logic • Experience with international supply chains and their risks • Entrepreneurial mindset, clear decision-making ability, hands-on mentality • Bonus: experience in circular economy / sustainability | background in engineering or operations | scale-up experience
