📋 Description

• Support the multilingual development, evaluation, and field rollout of an AI-based digital health product. • Enhance the product’s Odia language functionality through dataset translation and testing. • Conduct field interviews and review public health content. • Provide programmatic support for evaluating the AI Assistant and offer detailed feedback on model-generated answers. • Review Odia content and suggest improvements for better user comprehension. • Translate, review, and validate Odia materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and cultural relevance. • Contribute to the creation of user-facing materials and engagement content in Odia. • Review Odia translations of MEL study tools, consent forms, and training materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Odia (reading, writing, and speaking) and proficiency in English. • Ability to review and create content that is linguistically accurate and easy to understand. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for assessing content accuracy, clarity, and completeness. • Comfortable with multi-tasking in a split-screen setup for repeatable assessments and data operations. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting insights, flagging quality issues, and sharing updates clearly. • Clear and concise documentation skills to support evaluation and development teams effectively. • A degree in Public Health, Medical Science, or a related field. • Basic knowledge of and a keen interest in AI deployments for social impact. • Prior experience working with or training front-line healthcare workers is a strong plus.
