• Implement pricing strategy and support requests for quotations. • Improve profitability for automotive categories for Mexico customers. • Develop, implement, and maintain pricing strategies across product categories. • Analyze market trends, competitive data, cost changes, and customer behaviors to recommend pricing adjustments. • Track pricing models, large customer deals, and major pricing actions post–go-live. • Support customer-specific pricing programs, large account contracts, and bids. • Review price override requests and partner with Sales to ensure pricing decisions balance competitiveness and margin protection. • Maintain the pricing database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date pricing across internal systems. • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Product Management to understand cost changes and inventory dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. • 5+ years of experience in pricing management, and competitive research, preferably in the automotive aftermarket. • Proven track record in process improvement, project management, managing new RFQs and new product pricing. • Experience working with Excel and other analytical tools, Power BI or other visualization tools. • Familiarity with Mexico automotive aftermarket, parts distribution, is strongly preferred. • Knowledge of product and catalog management tools. • Fluent in Spanish and English.
