📋 Description

• Manage standardized item data, including item setup and maintenance within the company’s ERP system, Infor LN • Support the Product Management and Sourcing teams with product change requests • Support the maintenance and auditing of product data and other item-related information • Participate in cross-functional alignment efforts focused on developing common processes and data structures • Set up and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the ERP system • Manage and/or participate in workflows involving new product setup across multiple regions or sites, product lifecycle changes, supplier changes, and item data changes • Work closely with Product Management and Sourcing to process product changes and support consistent data processes across product lines, regions, and sites

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in item data management, item management, or sourcing management • Experience managing item data within the automotive aftermarket is a plus • Strong work ethic and self-motivated approach • Comfortable working with performance scorecards and key performance indicators (KPIs) • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, matrixed, and remote-first environment • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills across all organizational levels • Experience working with data and content through various systems and formats, including ERP and PIM platforms • Understanding of and experience with change management
