📋 Description

• Elicitation and documentation of customer requirements • Assist in the analysis of business processes (including finance) • Optimize processes in close coordination with interdisciplinary teams to find the best solutions for clients • Model business processes using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) • Create SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) documents • Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities • Collaborate with business units and developers to implement process improvements • Document requirements and processes in written form • Contribute to the design and continuous improvement (KVP) of processes and tools in the business analysis area

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in elicitation and analysis of operational/business processes • Background in business administration and/or IT • Experience with Atlassian Confluence • Experience with the ADONIS BPM suite from BOC Group (other tools such as Signavio, Camunda Platform, etc. are a plus) • Expert knowledge of BPMN 2 (ISO/IEC 19510:2013), demonstrable in project experience • Structured and independent working style combined with strong analytical skills • Good communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly • Willingness to work in a remote team • Willingness to travel within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) • Business-fluent German (C1) and fluent English, spoken and written (B2)
