⢠Capture and document customer requirements ⢠Support the analysis of business processes (including in the finance area) ⢠Optimize processes in close coordination with interdisciplinary teams to find the best solutions for clients ⢠Model business processes using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) ⢠Create SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) documents ⢠Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement ⢠Collaborate with business units and developers to implement process optimizations ⢠Document requirements and processes in textual form ⢠Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of processes (KVP) and tools in the field of business analysis
đŻ Requirements
⢠Experience capturing and analyzing operational/business processes ⢠Background in business administration and/or IT ⢠Experience with Atlassian Confluence ⢠Experience with the ADONIS BPM suite from the BOC Group (experience with other tools such as Signavio, Camunda Platform, etc. is a plus) ⢠Expert knowledge of BPMN 2.0 (ISO/IEC 19510:2013), demonstrable in projects ⢠Structured and independent working style combined with strong analytical skills ⢠Good communication skills and the ability to explain complex relationships clearly ⢠Willingness to work in a remote team ⢠Willingness to travel within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) ⢠German: business fluent (C1); English: fluent in spoken and written (B2)
