📋 Description

• You'll be the quality eyes on our construction projects-testing materials like concrete and asphalt • Taking measurements, documenting results, and ensuring our road construction meets strict standards • You'll work outdoors at various project sites throughout Wisconsin • Learning valuable technical skills from day one

🎯 Requirements

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record • Willingness to work flexible hours (construction schedules vary) • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions • Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly • Basic math skills (we'll teach you what you need!) • Reliable, punctual, and a team player • High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for the right person)
