📋 Description

• Support and evolve the brand identity • Contribute to the evolution of WalletConnect’s visual identity as we expand into new payment-focused products • Develop and maintain brand system components including typography, color, illustration, iconography, and motion • Conduct visual research, moodboarding, and trend scanning to support concept development • Contribute ideas and explore creative directions for campaigns, visuals, and motion assets • Produce polished graphics, motion assets, animations, and digital layouts • Design, and roll-out for social, web, product storytelling, presentations, and event experiences • Execute simple to intermediate 2D motion tasks (e.g., social animations, product feature explainers, lightweight motion explorations) • Build templates and creative that scale while preserving sophistication and clarity • Partner with marketing and product teams to bring campaigns, announcements, and narratives to life • Translate complex concepts—especially around innovation in payments—into clear, engaging visual stories • Support launches, educational content, partner communications, and ecosystem initiatives • Assist in developing campaign concepts, visual ideas, and early creative directions before moving into execution • Explore emerging tools and creative technologies, including AI and generative workflows • Push creative boundaries across motion, interactive formats, and digital-first storytelling • Contribute to new ways of visualizing payments, infrastructure, and digital commerce

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in brand, visual, or motion design • A portfolio showcasing strong craft across graphic, motion, and digital design • Strong sense of layout, typography, composition, and motion principles • Ability to work within and extend a visual identity system • Experience designing for digital surfaces such as social, web, product marketing, and presentations • Excitement for experimenting with new tools, workflows, and creative formats • Interest in the future of payments, digital infrastructure, and financial technology (industry experience not required)
