• Line management of up to 200 employees working remotely (home office) • You motivate and develop your team leaders and employees to deliver top performance • Manage day-to-day operations with responsibility for the revenue/results of your department • Accountable for meeting defined service KPIs • Serve as a direct point of contact for our business clients • Work closely with senior management
