📋 Description

• Design and deliver specialist training on property and casualty, liability, health, or life insurance • Conduct communication training for demanding insurance customers • Translate insurance law requirements, policy details, and complex claims-handling processes into digital learning formats • Identify opportunities to improve call handling and complaints management • Develop targeted coaching programs to ensure service excellence • Collaborate with project management and partners in the insurance industry • Define and implement quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer service at an insurance company, brokerage, or financial services provider, or in training on insurance-related topics • Proficiency in modern teaching methodologies and the ability to foster group dynamics in a remote setting • Ability to explain complex tariff structures, insurance terms and conditions, and legal frameworks clearly and comprehensibly • Proficiency in using digital tools • Flexibility and willingness to work from home
